It was part of a weekend of festivities held at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park. Juneteenth, celebrated on June 19, is also known as Freedom Day, Jubilee Day, Liberation Day, and Emancipation Day. We believe in the power of an active and engaged lifestyle, especially for our beloved seniors. The Chemung Senior Games perfectly align with our mission to promote health and well-being for all ages. Senior Games is an annual sporting, fitness, and fun event held every year. Over 400 athletes aged 50 and over compete in a variety of events including golf, bocce, bowling, volleyball, archery, softball, and pickleball.
