Neat and spacious motor cruiser. Always very well maintained. A seaworthy 1967 motor yacht is never a natural purchase. However, this vessel is the exception that proves the rule. Catharina has been excellently maintained and has been in the boathouse since 1990 when not in use. In 1991 she was completely re-built and the aft cabin was also enlarged. Over the years many other modifications have been made. With that it has not become a luxury ship but a holding tank, electric toilet, windlass, davits, windows in aluminum and bow thruster she does have. In addition, the original engine was completely overhauled and the ship was sandblasted. Special is the carefully preserved and extensive documentation of the ship. Even electrical schematics are present. No less interesting are the original photos of the construction at the time, which also show the semi-circular underwater hull with fan stern. This newly received Jan van Gent 10.35 sotf-top is ready to enjoy this summer immediately! She is from the second owner who has put at least as much love into it as the first owner. This Jan van Gent is in very good condition and has had necessary upgrades over the years. Things that have been added include; a raised hood for more headroom inside, new inverter and custom made toppers for a comfortable overnight stay. Her 315 hp Yanmar diesel engine gives great cruising performance. The engine has recently had a service. She is moored at our office in Loosdrecht.

The Dehler 46 Competition with beautiful hull color is a fast sailor which is equipped with various conveniences such as electric winches. The Dehler 46 is the flagship of Dehler Yachts, the Dehler 46C we offer is the Competition version with carbon rigging and ROD-rigging which make the sailing performance even sportier. The co*ckpit is spacious and well-organized with the recessed overflow mainsheet operated via the German Sheeting system on the winches on both sides. Thus it is always within easy reach of the helmsman. The generous swim platform folds out easily and is a delight when you enjoy anchoring or mooring aft. The co*ckpit is equipped with a fold away table which also functions as a footrest under incline, also under incline the co*ckpit sides sit very well. Both the main sheet winches and the fall winch are electrically operated which, in combination with the retractable bow thruster, makes sailing on board very pleasant. The gangways are fitted with teak and has a good grip, in rougher weather the fixed handles on the cabin superstructure are within reach. In the bow is a sail storage or as an extra bucket box very handy. Below decks is a beautiful play of lines with the "airplane" cabinets which is a nod from Dehler to the famous Optima series. All around there is plenty of storage/cabinet space with to starboard the galley with 3-burner stove, oven and top + side loader refrigerator. Also the space behind the entrance is utilized for the dustpan&can or other utensils. On the port side is the fixed navigation corner with 3-person bench and equipped with mood lighting, after use, the board panel is easy to hide from view. The salon has a cozy U-seat and plenty of room for 6-8 people. Behind/under the settees is various storage space. In the bow is a generous V-bed with beautiful indirect lighting. Also here is a spacious en-suite where the shower/toilet area separates from the sink, a clever design by Dehler where only the toilet/shower area gets wet, this also applies to the wet cell in the stern. There we find 2 double beds with longitudinal bookshelves and closet space at the head end. The engine room is easily accessible from both sides and through the folding stairs.
